One common change we see is people who moved to another state and still have their LLC/ Corp in the previous state. In many cases it is possible to move your business over to the state where you now reside. There are states and allow for this process and some that do not. Also, states have different names for the process but two common names for the process are a conversion or domestication. We do not recommend foreign filing your business over to a new state if you no longer will be doing business in the original state, since you would be paying fees to that state with no benefit to you. The company got its start in 2018. We are proudly headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada and Veteran owned. In 2024 a shorter web domain was acquired and the logo was changed. The logo changed from an image of a tower to a custom designed logo derived from the U.S. Navy insignia for an Electronics Technician, which owner, Justin wore on his uniform during three deployments to the Middle East.Justin is also a proud finance major from UNLV and has worked in accounting, financial analysis, consulting and banking. He obtained his M.B.A. while working in Business Banking and enjoys helping people stay on top of their business.
